yeah, i received call from them today, same as above described, background music and then hangs up after 3 seconds. I too am with Medibank.

It happened to me twice, the third time someone spoke to me.
It's Medibank trying to sell you more cover.

I would like to know the Reason for calling me, I answered the phone then music played & they hung up
