My wife and I joined Medibank Private in April and I recently started to receive daily calls on my mobile from (03) 8330 4788 at around 10.30am. On answering there is never anyone on the line... I have no objection to Medibank calling me to ask if we are happy with their service but I do object to a call with no-one on the line.

got this call today and yesteday , picked up once same thing music and then hang up what the helll are they plaayiing at

Hi all,Have received 4 calls from this number to date during business hours. Have managed to pick up 2 of the more recent ones only to have the caller play call waiting music before I decided to hang up.Thanks to this site, I'm not going to bother to call them back even if I am with Medibank Private as this is just a waste of my time.

I have received 5 calls from this number in the last two weeks. Either no one response, or call waiting music, or drop off in a few seconds. There was once someone on the phone and told me she was calling from medibank to confirm my details, but 10 secs later, she said their computer system was hung and would call me a few mins later.It seems something wrong with their medibank phone/computer system? Shouldn't they fix the problem and save the unnecessary hassle brought to the customers and the cost brought to them? Agree with A Brown. - It's very unprofessional!

It is medi bank privte trying to get people to call them back. Waste of people time.
