They rang and asked for a 'very strange name'that is definately not known to us, did not say why they were calling and provided no information what so ever. Could cause a lot of problems if this is how they treat their customers!!!!!

yes, they ring and then you can't get through. my mum just lost her husband and so got this call from this number without explaining why they were calling etc. not good enough! and now I am trying to ring back and keep getting an engaged tone!!!

I spoke with City West Water and they explained the reason you can't call back is that you would be calling a specific desk, as they are a call centre you need to call the 131 691. It is not specifically the accounts department. It is the office number for a call centre worker / desk.
