Mischief maker scam call

Rang me under the guise of an electricity account - when told I was 19, he switched straight to 'do you have a boyfriend'. I feel rather unsafe now.

(03) 8307 2270 belongs to a respectable, small accounting business that has been the victim of a hijacking by telemarketers. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this number and those responsible have caused and the rash replies the original owner's have given to innocent civilians. To receive hundreds and hundreds of calls per hour from people saying they've missed our call, from 7am to 9pm, when we clearly have not made any outgoing calls at all, puts on a strain on physical and mental health.

Please hang up and ignore this number. Thank you.

Scam call didnt answer

I answered the phone, but they had hung up.

Please do not call my number again. My solicitor will take action if you ring ain.

I received this call from from a company called energy collect, I told them to not call me again.

Received a call today from this number, I answered, and immediately then hang up. I call the number back and got an automated message saying this number is not set up to receive incoming calls. Dodgy.

This number has been hacked by scammer. The scammer sent this number to people's mobile phones as missed calls.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL BACK AND JUST BLOCK IT.

Missed call on my mobile, so I returned the call, Asian sounding woman picked up and I told her I had a missed call from their number. She said "wrong number" in a sly tone and hung up. Clearly shifty. I also googled and saw they are tax office in St. Albans.

Hang up on you, then don't answer if you call them back - probably got nothing better to do

I always answer unknown numbers carefully & slowly, initially there was no response when I answered & said hello - There was no immediate response so I spoke in a language other than English & whomever it was, just hung up. Very Dodgy.

Not in my contacts I don't answer.

Got call this arvo around 5.30pm didn't answer and then checked this site. Have since blocked number.

calls everyday, lets 121 pick up then hangs up.
