Rung twice today & hung up

I got the same phone call today and they were going to e-mail info and then I would get a phone call tomorrow from her boss.... I seemed interested and yes obvious sucked in.

I have just had a call from this mob, saying they were calling on behalf of the government to let home owners know they may be eligible to claim back 50% of their tax. Sounded dodgy to start with and then got worse... To be eligible the household income must be above $80k and there needs to be at least $130k equity in the home. The government also has some representatives in Melbourne who will come to my home and discuss how I claim this from the ATO. When I said I was too busy to meet with someone and requested she send the information to me she quite rudely said they cant do that as it has to be specifically tailored to my needs. When I said no, I'll research it myself she disconnected the call.

I just had a phone call from this company asking if i had heard about the new tax rebate the government is bringing in and how i would be entitled to it if... I got asked questions like how much do i earn, am i in the work force, do i have a partner, i said no to all and then he just hung up. The guy didnt even introduce himself, just said its sigma calling for ....... ask for me. Very very dodgy

same here , every day they call twice a day, I don't answer since looking at this web site, I rather like the idea of screaming into the phone however lol

This company have a web site http://www.cignafinancial.com.au/ What they want you todo is open a self managed super fund to buy property, (maybe even their property?) First you have to meet their expectations in borrowing power, hence the questions around tax, earnings and morgages. What they don't tell you is that they want to get a big fat payment out of your super account when it changed over to self managed; something an accountant will do for you for a small fee.

I was contacted tonight by the Sigma group claiming that they were doing research on behalf of the federal government and wanted to see if I was eligible for a larger home rebate. When I told the person that I wasn't prepared to give my details (even though she claimed that she wasn't recording anything). I suggested that she walk through the questions and I could make my own assessment seeing as though they weren't recording information. Her words were' that wasn't going to work for her and that it would be a waste of her time' and then hung up. Highly recommend to anyone to not give personal info to this company. When challenged they hung up! not legit and is really dodgy, I am going to contact the ombudsman and government to let them know how this company is falsely representing them

I just got call from this number to offering 70% tax rebate on Mortgage ...and I gave her my income details etc...
She has given me another telephonic appointment for consultation but then I just came across this page and will be careful about what they talk now.

i have shared this - i had my mum next to me telling me to be nice to the lovely girl !!! Grrr-- how do we stop this--they too told me it was CIGNE and in south melbourne.They have no scruples, but we good folk know that!

I keep getting calls from this number but i won't answer, especially after seeing this. But it's very annoying.

I am getting phone calls from these morons everyday, I dont answer them, so maybe thats why they keep ringing me. Next time they ring I will answer, and scream Very Loudly into the phone.

When I told her I earned $250 a week, she said oh no no, then hung up. LOL wow.

same thing for me asked some personal questions when i refused to state my income, was rude and hung up.

Absolute scam. I fell for it and give her my income, suburb and approximate superannuation amount. It wasn't until she couldn't get my address out of me that she hung up.

I just had a call from this number, when I answered I could hear a woman in the background saying that "She was fed up of being treated like sh!t by this company and was sick to her back teeth of it." When I said hello, she hung up. I tried to call back and some man answered and said it was the Sigma group and that I was called by accident. This is the third missed call from this number and I'm assuming if the lady working there isn't happy, then what they are trying to call me about isn't worth my time! Judging by the comments on here about the company I suggest not answering calls from this number!

Very interested in finding out how much I earnt and how much super I had. Because I supposedly didn't earn enough she hung up. I think her name was Danielle
