Tried calling the number back and received a message stating the number was disconnected

I phoned back and a message said the number was disconnected. Have now blocked it.

Rang and said “am I speaking to Michelle? I believe I am speaking to the right person, who looks after the electricity bills” when I asked him how he got my name and number he hung up. Scammers for sure. Have blocked the number.
