Thank you! I applied for the free Veda Credit Report last week, and had 8 missed calls from this number yesterday. If they're just trying to sell me the premium service, I won't bother answering.

yeah she sounded phillipino(veda) - most annoying when they hang up after asking you a question...seems like they have a bad record themselves i'd downgrade their credit to zilch and these are the people that are suppose to give you a rating and the banks??wtf sound like a scam based on fear

This number belongs to Veda. They rang me to ask for my credit card number in order to send me my credit report within one day. Veda Credit Scores and Reports are free by Australian law if you are willing to wait 10 days to obtain your credit report.

Why do they hang up every time? Is this some lazy call centre worker clocking up calls?

This is Veda Credit Score Reporting, I applied for the free credit score report online via their website which they are required to supply free of charge within 10 days, they were trying to sell me a premium service for $50 I could have my report immediately, I said I will wait for the free service as you are required to supply under Federal Law, she went into a selling spiel... I hung up, don't fall for it, keep your money and wait 10 days.
