I missed a call from (03) 8202 5463, when I called back I reached voicemail for Offer Assurance

Overseas call centre offering better electricity prices by cold calling my mobile. How can a third party get my details? A neighbour of mine switched power providers and the idiot suppliers (both) kept billing him for 2 months until he tracked them down. My advice would be change providers at your peril.

This number called me & when I picked up they hung up (after I heard voices in background like telemarketing). They called again later. The number is owned by "Offer Assurance", which is a company that called me a week or so ago, wanting to talk about electricity- obviously calling from overseas. I've now blocked 2 different numbers owned by this scam company.

automated reply. rings 4 times then a computerised good bye and hangs up.
