They are some telemarkers and call and start asking questions without stating purpose of call when u ask purpose of call they are straight out rude

Rings my mobile, hangs up. I called back, gives option to ‘opt out’. Yet, still calling me. Rang back again, pressed to speak to operator, puts on hold for several minutes and then says can’t take call.
