they have called me twice i refuse to answer

Said they had discounted electricity that would save me 30% of my bill when asked which company they are from they refused to say.. but proceeded to try and ask me personal information like if i was on a pension etc..
I've had a range of these calls all form Victoria numbers keep blocking them; they keep popping up
