Missed a call and when I called back it was an automated message saying you have called Deal Checker

electricity and gas company trying to flog special deals

I called back the number (03) 8103 7269 and the guy on the other line said I reached Deal Checker

3 missed calls - no message left

I happened to pick up one of their calls and it was about electricity deals.

Caller: (03) 8103 7269

Comes up on a caller ID from Kalkallo

Some Indian guy called, asked for me by name. When he said “how are you?” and I immediately asked where he was from, he asked “How are you?”
And I repeated “where are you from?”
He then launched into abusing me and to told me to learn some manners.
Was very amusing.... BLOCKED!

Spam.

Caller hung up when I finished my greeting; silence on the other end

No message, just a missed call. These call centres really a pain in the you know where. Many years ago I gave me number out when I was looking for farm insurance, from then I get these calls. My mobile number is only ever given to family & reliable people. I get calls every so often, I never answer them, never reply, no message ever left. I do wish they would go away.

Caller: SPAM

Pain in the arse... 4 times in one day. Finally answered the call and hung up on me. Grubs! Surely they could do something else in life that would be more fulfilling and helpful considering the world we live in today.

Calling about gas and electricity deals

Number unknown to me. When i called back got an automated response re energy discounts,

long pause when answered phone (overseas????) scam.

Caller: Energy Comparison Company

Asked to speak to "general manager". wanted to offer energy comparison service. when declined, operator became abusive!

assuming spam. Called back. No one answered.

I was working, but got back to my phone to find 3 missed calls from this number. No messages left.
