Called me twice and did not leave message. I returned the call, voice mail answered - offering better electricity deals. Block!

Electricity deal but suspect scam

Didn't recognize the number but I did pick up this time, as it could have maybe been a client.
But then when I had this call centre background hubhub and the foreign accent of the caller, it was clear that it was a spam call.

Caller: An energy provider

They called for the third time in the last week telling me that they were going to explain changes in the energy market and was I in charge of the electricity bill for the household.
