Caller: They say they were with National Broadband recorded message telling me my national broadband will be disconnected as my account was overdue and I need to press number one to speak to a consultant. I hung up straight away. when i called back number is not even connected. I contacted telstra and my broadband will not be disconnected as my bill is not overdue.
