Caller: Scammer group

Spammers that leave a voice mail message saying "hello, hello, can you hear me". They use VoIP to use a variety of different numbers each time they call. The scam is different each time I've picked up. I've asked to be taken off this list but they've not done so.

I called back number (03) 8001 7240 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Caller: Offering to provide cheaper electricity

Not trying to change your supplier!!! Just offering to save you money on your electricity bill. Rang 6 times without leaving a message!!! This number is now blocked.

this is just a "Tech Company" with guy with an indian accent calling about some electricity bill
