I received call too. 1st talk in malay then I answer in english & pretend dun understand malay.. she continue intro herself in english say that call on behalf of hong leong bank asking me any problem with my c/card or anything i would like to complaint can call d customer service center. Then telling me that they need to update their system now and ask me how old am I... vry suspicious rite... i hang up without a word.. dun waste my time..

I received a call from this no too, it's a man representing Hong Leong Bank to to offer me a free insurance worth RM30,000. He asking for credit card detail, so i ask him to call back next day. Just after the call end i call up Hong Leong Assurance and there's no such case happen.....

i also got a call from this number claiming to be an agent from Hong Leong Bank.. when i want to go direct to the bank for the insurance they mention to me, the caller said it is not available through the counter and only available through this special phone offer... this is crap..

i got a misscall from this number. I thought it might be from someone who wants to inform something. So i try to call back but i just couldn't reach it.
When i google the number, i am surprised that there are many person who suspicious about this number.

A girl introduced herself as Mimi, said she calls on behalf of Citibank to offer me an insurance deal which sounded too good to be true. It's FOC with lots of benefits, and I was offered the deal just because I was lucky. She knows my name, and knows I'm a card holder.
Just out of curiousity, I let her explain for like 10 minutes. Her tone is high pitched, and it's like she's reading a script. Then my boss came by, I told her to call me back in 1 hour. And she did. She continued explaining again for another 12 minutes, and that's when I found this page. Then when she asked me to give information to submit my registration, I declined. I think it's a scam to get my banking info.
