i just got a missed call from this number.. and so as this (03) 7849 1300 .. i think both are from the same company.. where is the location of this number actually? can we trace it?

I received call too. 1st talk in malay then I answer in english & pretend dun understand malay.. she  continue intro herself in english say that call on behalf of hong leong bank asking me any problem with my c/card or anything i would like to complaint can call d customer service center. Then telling me that they need to update their system now and ask me how old am I... vry suspicious rite... i hang up without a word.. dun waste my time..

Those bank/institutions are their customers. They help to bring value added services to card holders, and I believe, with certain commitment monthly or yearly.
