I didn't answer with a "hello" I just listened for 3 seconds and could hear the phones and chatter in the background. If I don't know your number then there's no reason to be calling me. Just Go Away!!

Called, didn't leave mess. Likely it is marketing related call.

Caller: Telemarketers

They ask for Jeffrey Rice. When told there is no Jeffrey Rice, they launch into their spiel. I hang up on them. I've been getting these calls from different numbers for 3 or 4 years now. I block them time and again and keep hanging up. So sick of it.
