They ring persistently ( 3 times today), rings 2 or 3 times then hang up. Leave no message so all the hallmarks of a call center or telemarketer. If you want to talk to me leave a message and I will decide.

Scam call. Don’t answer. They hang up. Normally don’t answer numbers not in my phone. Wonder what they get just calling and hanging up.

Pest caller. On answer no one is there each time they call. When unanswered no message is left.
