Unknown caller went through to voice mail left no message

Call from Melbourne to me in Sydney. Generated an unusual ring tone & strange display. I didn't answer, suspect a scam.

Caller: Matilda from Telstra allegedly

Telstra says Matilda, internet issues from my IP numbers, thanks Matilda for taking the time to call me I will certainly make sure I give Telstra a call. Says the number coming from Melbourne, long delay before she spoke is a dead give away

Caller: Telstra IP Address Call from Private to Public

Scam, told her to verify she was from Telstra and she screamed and hung up on me.

Suspected spam similar to spam numbers (03) 7049 4882 and (03) 7049 4884.

This phone call they said that they were Optus and that my IP address was set to Public and to change it, I didnt believe it so I hung up

Scam. Don't answer!
