If you do call back, the call does not connect with the screen message on your phone saying "call failed".
Block this number for future reference.

Automated message on answering, scam stating an ebay purchase for $231 is about to made, if I want to cancel press 1, to start refund process press 2 (which makes no sense of course - 'cause if you cancel the transaction why would you need a refund? Brilliant...). And some option to talk to a 'customer representative'.

As much as I'd love to waste the overseas scammers' time and make them super angry, it's best not to let them know there's a real person on the line as they are fishing for that.
In any case, beware, illegal scam call - and likely dangerous.
