Called, no message

Caller: Optus billing department

Scam caller, bad reception, asian voice, broken english

Let call go to voicemail - message was left. Very noisy background (sounded like a call centre). After a while, someone says 'hello' then nothing else. More chatter in background then disconnects.

no message can't call back allways busy tone got to be a telemarketer/scammer
