Someone rings from this number and never leaves a message

Unknown caller.

Didn't answer them. I called the no. back and couldn't connect.

Caller: male (with accent)

An obvious scammer as he wanted to know if I was the house owner for a solar rebate.
Then when I said I was renting, he hung up. No apology or sorry ... just hung up.
So rude and an obvious scam to obtain personal details.
If I could send a punch through the phone line, I'd be ecstatic.
