Spam message for sure - wanted me to confirm payment details or it wouldn't go through

Received a call from this number no voicemail message left

They said they were Commonwealth bank, and had a request for an $1800 transfer from my card (which I don't have) .... press 1 for yes or 2 for no. Aaaggghhh....

I would say (03) 7048 1299 is a scammer call as I had received 2 other scammer calls before it. The calling time between these three calls were about 30-45 mins. Those 2 calls before were found from scammers! Do I blocked it straight away after the ringtone had stopped!
