random call, middle of day, did not ring for long and left no message. I have no contacts in the 03 area code.

Called lunch time, hung up upon answering, i called them back at 5pm, 'your call could not be connected'

yes also received a call from this number... missed it but no message left.... assumed was spam call.

They said they were from ebay. Told me somebody used my mobile number to buy a eBay gift card of 500 dollars.
Had my mobile number and all.

Phoned, didn't leave a message, phone flagged it as spam.
