I called back the number (03) 6471 7977 but the phone just kept ringing

This number left me a message on my land line answer machine which purported to be from Telstra Technical Dept notifying me of fraudulent activity on my internet connection. Funny that - I'm not with Telstra.

a phone number appeared & my phone flagged it as 'Tasmania' (it has an 03 area code & begins 64). left a voicemail. check voicemail & there is a long pause before message cuts in & is a voice modulator stating that i have fraudulent activity on my telstra internet & to call back immediately to rectify it. LOL, Telstra is not even my internet provider. i literally receive several calls a day from scammers, it is driving my freaking insane!
