I dont have a Google account so could not review in the review sectionl But would like to say
I lost my pension card and needing the information on it and not being very good due to hard of hearing over the phone, I decided to call into the Centre Link at Devonport.
I was very impressed. First of all the big spacious area was a surprise and then I was guided by the doorman as to where I was supposed to go. I didn’t have an appointment although evidently you can make one, but I was prepared to wait my turn and as there were only six people in front of me it was only about 30 minutes.
From there on the staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The lady who did my query looked me up and had a temporary ‘card’ printed for me with all my info on it within minutes, explained that she had applied for a new card and that it would arrive in the mail in a few days.
