Caller: Indian lady claimed she was from ebay

Lady said that my account has been compromised. I don't have an ebay account. She said hacker gained access through my IP address, but I insisted I don't have an ebay account. She then said to give her information to stop transaction. what transaction? I don't have an ebay account & I don't buy things online. She is a definite scammer
