I rang the number back and the scammer does answer it, I hope they get caught.

It's a cowardly SCAM...block them.

It definitely is a scam! They're preying on elderly and other vulnerable people. Block this number if your phone has this facility.

If you do talk to them, tell them to give you their name and details - and tell them you will visit your local Government department personally. DO NOT give them any of your personal details.

They also claim that the 'do not call register' does not apply to them.

Their at it again just had a call from them at least I have an answering machine to listen to the garbage. A scam that was in the papers not long ago
