They are located on king st opposite flag staff gardens in Melbourne. Same building where the nab call center is.

These guys are unbelievable, Accore I have told them several times that I am not interested and do not travel so much for business anymore. They obviously don't believe or follow the Privacy Act! Just hangup on them or don't answer.

Accor sucks

I travel for business regularly. After calling me twice this week and ignoring my request to remove my private number from their spam list, I missed 2 more calls from them today. I'll never stay with an Accor property again. Doggedly trying to get a sale is the perfect way to lose a customer.

A caller (lady) was nice but persistent, even after I told her I was not interested in her offer. I had to hang up on her, because she didn't stop talking.

They are persistent - I has one call a day after I said on the earlier call I was not interested in their deals.

I recieved a call that was a supposed wrong number, however the caller asked my name and I gave it to them. Doh. I'll probably get spammed now...

This seems to be the sales / marketing call centre for Accor Advantage, run by Allegiance Marketing Pty Limited. They call me every now and then to try and sell me membership of their hotel loyalty program.

I booked a hotel through Accor once a year back and since then they continually harass me. I've asked then numerous times to take me off their list but they always seem to call every 3 months or so.
