It is RACT (Royal Auto Club of Tasmania). They are canvassing their members to see if they have a mobile number, so they can send SMS messages out when Premiums etc. are due. They are legit. but I declined to give my mobile as I don't was these sorts of SMS messages coming to a rarely used mobile.

I was on the phone talking to RACT when a call was made to my mobile supposedly from RACT. No message was left and I do not call back numbers that have no name.

Confirmed is RACT - rang number back and get the voice message relating to claims - allegedly reqd to give call every 20 days after claim until settled
