Remote access Telstra NBN scam, do not give any details

Claimed to be Telstra but when I suggested she was about to try and scam me she hung up on me.

Caller: "Telstra Service" - Scammer

Claimed to be Telstra, advised me that my internet was not safe and was allowing dangerous items through. They wanted me to access my computer as per their instructions to "fix" the problem. After step 1 I told them that my screen had just gone black stating "what have you done to my computer?" They hung up and the wouldn't answer their phone. Typical and obvious scam.

Something to do with the internet, Um they hung up on me before finishing what ever they were talking about (I am deaf so was reading Captions on a Captel phone which was slow) It was probably another internet scam but I don't fall
for scams.
