Used to work for this company for a number of years and was dismissed unreasonably; they are complete lying bastards who masquerade as an independent research agency who are actually heavily sponsored by and are practically the Australian liberal party. Plus on top of that they fabricate half their data; the calls are just to make the whole thing seem legitimate. The reason they can call people on the “do not call register.” Is because they pass the operation off as research, which isn’t officially on the do not call register. Don't help these people at all no matter how nice they seem because the callers themselves don't know what the business does, it’s half the reason they turn their staff over so quickly. If you do answer tell them to get f%&*$# for me. Cheers

These people ring from EMRS which is a research company for Tasrail. They seemt o be calling from an IP phone,therefore not trackable here otherwise. their marketing department has a number at EMRS Research. They are a trusted market provider for tasmania.

Scammer. Sent them straight to message bank and they hung up.

So how can you make them stop calling?

Market Research company calling because you filled out liberal party postal vote form. Calling for voting opinion to report back to hq.

repeated calls from this number = harassment/nuisance calls. I am on the do not call register and still get these calls!

Called me today saying they were to do with my Internet and I was downloading illegally.

Added to my block list forever and a day. I dealt with a company recently that have given my name and contact details to these clowns without my permission. I'm furious.

I'm really a bit tired of these calls. I don't answer the home phone anymore - I just look them up and checks it's not the number they call you from when you win tattslotto - I mean maybe i just defiantly didn't answer the magic call .... strangely enough 100% of the time it's, like someone said above it's "another bullsh!t caller".

Why are these clowns ringing on a Sunday, I thought that was illegal? Anyway, my block filter was not having a day off either so into the bit bucket went their call (blocked).

just received a call from this number wanting to know if I like WA Liberal Party and if I think they'll win the state election due soon.
Also wanted to know if I felt favourably towards the Premier, the Deputy Premier and a couple of others.

what is Aurora? another comment said EMRS is an arm of the Liberal Party. The call I received related to the WA state election due here soon, in particular the chances of the Liberal Party winning

Tasmanian (?) opinion poll company!!!!

This number was on my calling number display when I just returned home, they had called at 4.25pm. I am in Queensland. As per other notes, no message left to say who they are or what they want. I will not be calling them back as I do not like ringing std numbers on my home phone and paying unnecessary charges to Telstra.

I signed up to a liberal party postal vote application. In that application, if you filled out your mobile, email or phone number, they will use it in their MARKETING material before palming it over to the AEC to do the actual postal vote. So the reply paid envelope goes to the liberal party processing centre. Stooges right?

So its one of the library party "research" or "marketing" agency doing their bidding.

EMRS have just rang us at 1:15 pm on SUNDAY and MOTHER's DAY to boot!!!!!!!
What the hell is wrong with these people, don't they have a conscience ?

I think they use some sort of computer data to make it look like they are in Tasmania, I don't think this is a "real" number!!!
Be aware they are a pest and only in it for the commission they get for a "full" call !!!
