This number keeps calling me. I have answered once but there was no one on the line. Is is a scam. the number is possibly from Romania?

Got called by this number today and they said they were from UK Today - I asked for a company address they said the post code was DR6 3RS. This doesn't seem to exist so I told them, they told me to 'F*** Off' and hung up on me.
