Rings frequently but hangs up.
I'm guessing this number is spoofed and that it's not really Mr Green from Morningside, Vic who is pranking me.

This was a missed call, I was out. But with the number of scam calls I’ve been getting, can’t help but be suspicious.
Have noticed scammers can hijack legitimate phone numbers for their devious efforts.
I do not know anyone by the name Green, or residents in the Mornington, Vic, area.

After 4 seconds phone went dead. Appears to be some scamming bastard

Strange call from someone telling me my phone number had recently been blocked and wanting to know how many telemarketing calls I had been receiving each day. When i sida I did not know she was incredulous - "you don't know" and then silence !
