Wow, $500k really? Wasn't it $300k at first, now it's all of a sudden $500k? Wonder how that one was only noticed after Wayne started court proceedings against Natcon. I also would have thought fraud of that magnitude would have involved the Police immediately? No?

You're not fooling anybody Daher. Worrells are aware that you are attempting to blame all of this on Wayne. They have advised that it is not a factor in their investigation as there is no actual evidence, phoenix trading on the other hand..... that's a different matter.

There are a number of avenues open to you if you wish to find Daher’s victims. A VCAT search will provide you with the names of both clients and suppliers who have been willing to take him on in a formal setting.

A quick search of the magistrates list will show which cases are still listed for hearing. In both cases finding contact numbers would then simply be a quick white’s pages or Google search.

If you believe you have a bona fide case as a creditor then contact http://www.worrells.net.au/ and lodge your claim. This will give you the list of creditors that have moneys owed, again it would be fairly simple to find contact details from the list.

I believe at last count the Natcon proof of debts owed was 1.6 M with a further 400K in secured debts.

Notice the "living the dream" posts.

We reported Daher to the VBA, then Building Commission in 2011 - they didn't want to know. I thank my lucky stars I spotted this conman early but had to pay to get him out of our lives otherwise he would have ruined us financially.

Its quite a funny/serious outcome.
When I was dealing with Danny - all my emails were directed to and received from his Natcon10 email.

I am wondering whether or not I should send my outstanding invoices to Natcon 10 as they were the company I thought I was dealing with.

It was a shock to me to find out I was dealing with Natcon Developments when I thought I was dealing with Natcon 10.

Legal Advice will be sought regarding this matter.

Danny Daher Natcon Developments / Natcon10 / Natcon Ten / ACN 079 028 603 Pty Ltd or whatever was trading as has going into liquidation to avoid paying debts and abandoning his clients. The Administrator is Sinclair Worrells based in Melbourne.

I have been advised that Danny Daher is continuing his building business under the same trading name Natcon 10.

Not sure how this is legal.

As debts have been owed since December 2013 I think the administrators should be assessing whether or not Natcon was trading whilst knowingly insolvent.

Hi plumber and everyone else in the Danny dasher natcon effftt saga .

Current job sites are coburg,Clayton,bentleigh and I hear his starting one in kew,more than happy to arrange for all of us to confront this guy and call current affair to be part of it.

This guy needs to be knocked out of the industry his standards of work are way below building code.

He has 5 cases currently in the magi court plenty in vcat and plenty more coming you would think this guy would take a good hard look at himself in the mirror and say are seriously all these guys wrong maybe it's me that's doing it wrong. Go figure.

What are the locations of his current jobs.

You don't have to give house numbers - may upset current ( yet uninvolved ) clients.

Just a street and a suburb.

The houses wouldn't be hard to find - probably have a cowboy hat out the front.
I just wouldn't mind having a face to face conversation with the bloke.
Haven't been able to contact him for months now, through all avenues.

I had a lovely 'conversation' with his wife once!
I was told where to go - how to get there and so forth.
I do not think I have ever heard such foul and gutter filth come out of a woman's mouth in my life, in fact I would be hard pressed in saying I don't think I have heard language come out of a anyone's mouth to the extreme I heard that day.

I was also told that I can pursue any avenues for recovery of the money that I like.
And that me and everyone they owe money to, can go jump off a bridge for all she cares.

The best part about it is that I recorded the 'conversation'.
