I called back the number (03) 5923 7019 and reached vm that said I reached Smart Health Australia

This number has been calling me every day for the past couple of weeks, on one day it called me three times. I never answer numbers I don't identify. They have never left me a message, so I do not call back. There's another number that has also been calling me every other day - (03) 8763 3453. Don't know if they are associated. I don't answer that one either.
