Hi, My name is Brigitte. I am a scout leader from Wangaratta. I have a scout that needs to do his final journey in order to receive his Australian Scout Medaillian. He is planning to do the Rail Trail from Mansfield to Tallarook over the Queens birthday long weekend. Merton is about 1/3 on the way and we were wondering if we could use the Merton Recreation Reserve as a stop over point for the night. We will be lightweight camping (6 scouts plus 2 adults), so small tents. Could you please advise if that would be ok and what the cost would be? Thank you very much.
