Looks like a phishing scam. Phone did not ring long enough to hear it let alone answer. Multiple calls and messages left threatening 1500 USD penalty but the accent was so bad it was not clear what for. This was early Nov 2022.

Threatened $1500 USD subscription penalty for Wi-Fi devices in my home, did not know my billing address, did not say who they were or where calling from. Continued to call multiple times afterwards.
