epidemic notice scam with the 'chinese speaking, people press blah blah'

Called back and a recorded message said it's "Outreach BPO" and to wait while they connect you. Google says this name is a call centre in Pakistan.

I am receiving lots of anonymous calls.
If no message left, I do not reply.
This one looks fishy too.

Just looked up the number and seen it’s listed as a scam number.
When listening to the voicemail, in a robotic voice “your service will be stopped” in “Chinese press 1 and then I hung up. Instantly blocked.
