Called today, ?? on who it was could hardly hear person other end when I answered they hung up on returning call the phone was engaged

Indian sounding guy saying he was from Telstra and that our internet was going too slow. When I said he had to deal with my husband who wouldn't be home till 6pm he hung up.

Typical robot dialer as used by spammers. Female said she was calling from Telstra so I said this is obviously a spam call and my number is "do not call" registered, then hung up.

Said they from Testra technical department. two calls in two minutes about internet connection. Total Scam.

Everytime I ring the number I get the engaged signal - or what sounds somewhat like an engaged signal.
