I called back number (03) 5611 9500 spoke to a woman who said company name is Central Clinic Warragul.

This number comes from their fax, although they don't know this as their number (it's listed as something different). When I had this number calling my phone I was able to transfer to a fax which received the message, and called them and confirmed the confusion.
