Lady called wanting me to confirm my last and then she will provide information ???? Like hell if you called me then tell me what it is if not bugger off am not giving my details to anyone like that

I have my home mortgage with ME Bank and when I called back it was legit.

Called back and they knew my account details straight away. Didn’t even ask who I was. Then asked me to confirm my date of birth and address. Do not speak to them.

Called number back but they dont state who they are, an automated message says someone will talk to you shortly about your account. What account?? Why don't they state who they are first?
