Caller: Clayton re power bill

Received this call today from a Clayton with a overseas accent , advising he could see how I was making savings on my power bill, asked which company he was from he did not answer , told him it was a scam and not to call again

Overseas accent with limited knowledge of the English language, calls himself Shawn/Sean. Doesn't sound like a Shawn/Sean to me. Told him to ring me back when he learnt how to speak English better.
Rang on 23/07/2018 at about 5:34pm.

Next time leave a message

Consisted of a pause, then "Good bye".

This number rang me today at about 3:50pm, answered call, silence on other end !!
