The caller claimed to be from Telstra Technical Services as well as in the previous post. He sounds like with Indian accent but good command of English.
I reckon he looked up the websites to find phone numbers with names that previously published through White Pages etc but later on being captured by other websites.
The caller tried to persuade me in believing that my computer is having serious traffic issue with the Telstra server.
He then asked me to use my computer to open a website for verification. I've heard from the news that they would try to ask you to install and download the Trojan horse software so as to take control of your computer.
I told him that I only have a tablet. You know what he said "Take the tablet with water!" What a joke from the scammer.
I kept wasting his time so as to reduce the time he has for the next victim.
He said that I was not deserved to be helped! I asked him why he called me and offered help to me and now he said that I'm not deserved to be helped and also asked me to take my "tablet" with water!
Eventually he hung up on me! I wasted his 10+ mins! Watch out for this type of callers!

Caller: Called himself David Claimed to be from Telstra technical department and wanted access to my computer. Told him I haven't lodged a complaint with Telstra, he then gave me some spiel about getting access, I told him no and he then gave me my name and address and every second word was a swear word. I promptly told him I was recording the call and he hung up. I could hear other voices in the background so there is definitely a group scam going on.
