constantly calling about solar panels

Keeps calling then I get a message saying goodbye

I have had several calls from this number over the past few days. Never get to speak to anybody. After approx 10 to 15 seconds the is an electronic female voice that simply says, "Goodbye".
I have now blocked this number.

Called twice, no message left. Returned call but cant be connected.

Calls frequently - does not leave a message - an annoyance - suspect it is a scam.

Wanting to sell solar through the government rebate system. I said we weren't interested and they said that's fine thank you goodbye.
