Just got a call from this number as well, I'd say it's an auto dialler in a call centre.

Keep getting calls from this number and when i answer they hang up. Is it a call centre?

was on behalf of Origin, I called them yesterday, to return a missed call, they offered a discount on my gas, I told them that I did not have gas.They called again today, I told them that I advised them that I did not have gas yesterday, they will update their records

When I answer, they hang up.

Some idiot has called me several times on this number - when it goes to Voicemail, there's no message, and when I pick up, there's no-one there.  Probably *is* some auto-dialer (like the one in the Simpsons)
