They have my mobile number AND work number. NOT impressed. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognise, opting for it to always go to voice mail. Sadly, it's the only way to get around the BS these companies play at but it does cost me the occasional legitimate call.
It gets to be a bit of a joke when they can simply 'claim' to be doing market research when there is obvious evidence (such as the complaints listed here) that they're spinning a blatant lie to the ACMA.

They call me constantly on my landline and mobile. It is driving me crazy.

They call me daily, goes to message bank. The message is always the same. They'll call me another time or I can return their call. I have spoken to them and they were trying to find out what gas company I'm with and what discount I get. I have electricity with Origin Energy. I told them I was busy and sure call back. Pity I never answer their call. ;-)

I have also been receiving numerous calls a day from (03) 5448 1500. Unbelievable that they can get away with this! Why doesn't someone fine them?!!

got a missed call and i called it back i thought it was a recruitment agency, lucky if i call a number with std number on it, its free from tpg but nevertheless, i called my husband thought it was his recruiter ringing him. I think it was from this company who sent me false sms text before saying i missed a payment which i never do because i direct debit my payments for my electricity. This should be stopped

These jerks also continue to call me and then it appears they then try twice shortly after from a private number. Can you please tell me how I block on a landline?

They are excelsior, outsourced by companies..namely origin..fukaz jut hang up...

I don't know that these numbers are linked to any particular company. I've been getting calls from a range of numbers that just hang up when I answer. Checked this site and they are all apparently scams linked to various companies eg. Origin, Telstra, ANZ. Doubt these companies know anything about it? No point pre-programming my phone with do not answer as seems to be a different number every time!!!!

We are on the Do Not Call Register, but these people are getting annoying. I stop what I am doing when the phone rings, only to see this interstate number again, they should get the picture and stop ringing........

Well they are certainly persistent, 4 days straight so far, problem is I'm at work at the time and DON'T need $#!* like this.

These bastards have been calling me for weeks. They call and when I pick up the phone there is no-one there. I tracked them down with call return and told them I was on the "Don't call register" and I wanted them to stop. They said they would. To-day they did it again. What are they playing at?
