No point in complaining because to bypass the Do Not Call Register, all the calls has to "claim" is that they were conducting "market research". I have had anywhere up to 6 calls per day from this number and then there are a few others. All were reported to the ACMA only to be told that as they claimed they were conducting market research, the restrictions of the DNCR do not apply to them.

I like the calls

Still Origin energy and the system they use to make phone calls is crap. It's doing the trick of phoning ahead before an operator is available and then hoping that one becomes available in a coupe of seconds after you pickup the call.

Problem is their platform is crap and instead of connecting an operator to me, it just constantly has a blank line so I'm left there saying 'Hello' into a dead line.

And because they weren't able to speak to me, their system marks me to be called again the next day.

Origin Energy

had this number pop up a few times when i haven't been home, as i have a phone that stores the numbers. I will just check the number before i answer now i know it's a nuisance number.

Origin energy are SPAMMING me sometimes TWICE A DAY from (03) 5448 1500. WHO ARE ORIGIN ENERGY?
If you ring the number back you get an answering machine. I might just start calling them every day: Phone us on 1800 526 369
Guess who answers? Noone! That's right! It's yet another answering machine!

I have been getting annoying tele marketing calls from this ridiculous marketing service for over a month, every day at about the same time....it isn't even a person it is a automated recording that asks you to ring them.....i rang origin twice and asked for my number to be removed.....unbelievable but true

Two calls received in two days, both I pick up and end up saying 'hello? hello?' before hanging up. So annoying.

Just called Origin Energy on the number 03 95448 1508 and asked for my number to be removed. Spoke to a person! We'll see how that goes.

My silent number is listed with ACMA yet I had as recent as Sep-13 two calls recorded on my message bank, no name, just Origin and the phone number, trying to make an offer. I had complained before, they don't seem to listen.

Just received yet another call from this number. I answered the phone and it went silent for 30 seconds and nothing so I hung up on them. Something needs to be done about this firm whoever they are. The calls are a real nuisance and if people look at this site they will see there have been nearly 200 complaints against them.

Rather annoyed with this telephone number. They rang me this morning and I answered with my companies name and it went silent for 20 secs then nothing so I hung up on them

When they try to sell me something I say that I'm not interested, then I try to sell something of mine to them. When they say no, I say well I don't want to buy anything from you then.

I have just had my 5th call from that number today so over hearing my phone ring

Call back and it says they are from Circo Global Services on behalf of Origin. But when they called me the line was just blank, no one there.

Someone should find the source of all the calls and go there and rip the wires out of their phones.

Received a phone call from this number a short while ago. Answered the phone and got a voice message saying its Origin Energy wanting to offer us a discount. Well if you are offering a discount why don't you speak on the phone rather than a voice message.

I love them. I have changed my voice message to now sound like i am answering the phone. its great, they mumble and bumble till they get the beep and then realise they have been scammed. the level of calls now are very limited
