I didn't answer this call. I google searched this number and came upon an entry by https://personlookup.com.au/reverse/(03) 5427 2821 which gave me the name and address of this phone number. I rang this person who explained that many people have called him to verify their unanswered mystery call. The owner of number is legit but his number has been hijacked by some OS insurance scammers. Telstra is looking into it but I'd say Telstra is not up to speed and pathetic in their operations. Scammers seem to be smarter.

Asked a very general question about whether I had been in a car accident in the last two years. Wanted to 'help me get money back for injuries' I said that I haven't been in an accident and not interested - he hung up. Dodgy call centre noises in the background.
