Missed call, no message left. Suspect scam or spam call

I called back and a very fast, but Australian, voice said words to the effect that is you have called this number you have been rung from overseas and don't give personal details. I could not understand the rest.

Keeps annoying me. if genuine the person could message me instead.

Caller: I don't know

Left voicemail sounding like Asians speaking to each other instead of into the phone.
