The number when dialled back is 'NOT IN SERVICE'. So it's a robodialler designed to find out if anyone is living at your address and whether or not you answer the phone. If you answer they add your number to a list as possible live targets for robbery or phone marketing and the Australian Government including the ACMA and ACCC do not care in fact they seem to allow it by being incredibly slack in their responses. If anyone turns up at the front door as a result of this call because they think I'm a soft target I WILL BE ARMED and you will not leave in one piece, if you in fact do leave at all, you can be assured of that.
